CypherCitadel is built on the principle of data sovereignty. We believe your data belongs to you — not to us, not to advertisers, and not to data brokers. This privacy policy reflects that philosophy.

We collect the absolute minimum data necessary to operate our services.

Waitlist sign-up: If you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. This is stored securely and used solely to notify you about product launches and updates.

Contact form: If you submit a contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message content you provide. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry.

That's it. We do not collect browsing history, device fingerprints, IP addresses for profiling, or any other personal data beyond what you explicitly provide.

CypherCitadel does not use:

• Google Analytics
• Facebook Pixel
• Hotjar, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or any behavioral analytics
• Advertising trackers of any kind
• Third-party cookies

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for basic, privacy-respecting traffic measurement. Cloudflare Web Analytics:

• Does not use cookies
• Does not track individual users
• Does not collect personal data
• Provides only aggregate page view and visitor counts

This is the only analytics tool running on cyphercitadel.ai.

CypherCitadel does not set any cookies. We do not use first-party cookies, third-party cookies, or any browser-based tracking mechanisms.

When CypherCitadel products launch commercially, payments will be processed through BTCPay Server — a self-hosted, open-source Bitcoin payment processor. BTCPay Server:

• Is self-hosted on our own infrastructure
• Does not share transaction data with third parties
• Supports Bitcoin and Lightning Network payments
• Does not require personal information beyond what is necessary for the transaction

We do not use Stripe, PayPal, or any traditional payment processor that harvests transaction data.

CYPHER desktop software is designed to run locally on your hardware. It does not phone home, collect telemetry, or transmit your trading data to any server. Your trade history, model configurations, strategy parameters, and performance data remain on your machine.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erase your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict processing of your data
• Port your data to another service

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal data we collect and why
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Opt out of the sale of personal data

Waitlist email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months to ensure we can follow up on your inquiry, then deleted.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
