CypherCitadel products, including but not limited to CYPHER Signal, CYPHER VP, CYPHER EW, the Liquidation Map, and the Command Center, are educational and informational tools only. Nothing provided by CypherCitadel constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice.

Beta access does not guarantee continued access or any specific feature set at launch.

Any signals, alerts, or indicators generated by CYPHER are outputs of statistical models and should be treated as one input among many in your trading process.

All content, software, models, algorithms, designs, and materials associated with CypherCitadel are the intellectual property of CypherCitadel. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our products without explicit written permission.

When participating in the CypherCitadel Discord or any community channels, you agree not to:

• Provide financial advice to other members
• Share, redistribute, or resell proprietary signals or data
• Engage in spam, harassment, or any form of market manipulation
• Misrepresent CypherCitadel products or their capabilities
